I have friends who've gone Keto and eventually gave up the lifestyle due to the following factors:
1. It's expensive.
2. The menu is very limited and more challenging than a high protein-low carb diet.
3. Chicharon. Cheese. Bacon. Yup. That's pretty much it.
What does this tell us? It's that people are less likely to stick to a diet that is restrictive such as Keto.
